Today when Mommy came to pick me up from school, the director wanted to speak with her in her office. So Mommy had a long talk with her, and it turns out she wanted to give us the heads up that the students at my school will now be placed in classrooms according to our chronological age, which means I would completely skip the class I was going to move up to and instead move straight to the 4/5 year old classroom next month. The children in here are learning to write their names and things like letter sounds. Remember last year when Mommy had them keep me in my original class because she didn't think I was ready to move up? Well, now this is definitely worse!
The director said it is possible to make an exception if Mommy presents her reasons in a meeting with the other teachers and therapists. Mommy thinks it's silly that they all agree with her that I should not move to that classroom, but she still has to "fight" for it anyway. So she wrote the letter this afternoon, and it sounds pretty convincing! Not much room left for argument!
